Many people think that standing is tougher.

Walking encourages blood circulation so that it doesn’t cause much exhaustion.

Walking is also said to be better than jogging.

 

It has many health benefits.

Amongst many forms of work-out, walking is one of the popular activities as it is a safer and lighter exercise.

Are you trying 10,000 steps a day?

If you walk about 8,000-10,000 steps a day for 80 years, you would have walked 5-6times length of the circumference of the earth, which is about 40,000kms.

 

Do you know about an insurance for legs?

Some famous former singer had insured his legs for more than million dollars.

Famous soccer players along with dancers are reported to insure their legs.

Legs are expensive.
